Trial Sessions and Additional Fees
Trial Sessions
Experience personalized service with our trials, designed to help your artist(s) collaborate with you ahead your big day and ensure your vision comes to life. Our pricing is as follows:

Weekday Rate (M-Th) is $100 per service, per person, per hour

Weekend Rate (F-Su) is $125 per service, per person, per hour.
All trials are conducted at your chosen location, and a $25 deposit per trial session is needed to secure your appointment. Please note that a small travel fee will be applied based on your location from Fredericksburg, 22401.
Mileage
Mileage within a 15-mile radius from the assigned artist(s) address is included in our existing pricing; after the initial 30 miles (round-trip), a mileage charge applies per artist. Mileage charges are as follows:
1-10 miles | $20
11-20 miles | $25
21-30 miles | $30
30+ Miles | $30 for the first 30 miles past the complimentary mileage (30 mi) plus $0.62 per mile thereafter
Travel Disclaimer: If the venue or event location does not provide complimentary off-street parking, the responsible party will be required to cover any applicable valet or garage parking fees for each artist assigned to the event.
Events located outside of a 10-mile radius, as well as those scheduled on holidays or holiday weekends, may be subject to an increased travel rate. Travel fees are calculated per hour, per artist.
Please note that travel pricing is subject to change based on current gas prices and the starting location of the assigned artist(s).
Booking Fee and Payment
To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract, along with a $150 non-refundable booking fee and a 40% non-refundable service retainer (based on all contracted services), is required at the time of booking.
The booking fee is separate from service pricing and is not applied toward trial sessions or day-of services. This fee allows us to offer simplified, transparent pricing and helps eliminate a lot of "we can do that, but it will cost more" type scenarios.
Please note that both the booking fee and service retainer are non-refundable and are required to secure your date.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the pricing. A 20% of services rendered gratuity will be added to the final contract balance.
