Teddi is the owner and founder of Bobby Pins & Blush, based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Teddi created Bobby Pins & Blush in 2012 and has been providing top quality hair and makeup services for clients all over the DMV area. Teddi's team of hair and makeup artists have been providing services for the Washington Mardi Gras Ball since 2015, and look forward to many more years of creating stunning looks for our wonderful Mardi Gras clientele.

I’ve been styling hair for special occasions since 2012, and it’s one of my favorite parts of my career. Growing up in the dance world, upstyles were always a big part of recitals and competitions, which sparked my love for special event styling. I enjoy creating polished, long-lasting styles that help clients feel confident and ready for their most important moments.

She also freelanced for for Hair & Makeup Unveiled as well as Bobby pins and blush for 4 years. She just recently graduated from VCU and achieved a B.F.A with a concentration in fashion design with a minor in general business. Above all Ayrehl is dedicated to making her customers feel happy, satisfied, and most importantly beautiful in their OWN skin. One face at a time.

I built my business starting at age 17 and have now been a working makeup artist for 5 years serving clients on location all over Virginia. I have worked with many vendors, fellow business owners, and clients over the years with my experience in makeup artistry and in my years as a receptionist for various companies. I have coordinated numerous business projects and managed schedules in both my jobs. I decided to extend my ability in the field by becoming a licensed esthetician, and I now provide facials, waxing, and more. I truly love what I do!
